During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times:

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


Royalty Beauty is not responsible for:

• Packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

• Orders returned due to incorrect address information


If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Royalty Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

1. Check with household members or neighbors.

2. Contact your local post office.

3. File a claim with the carrier.


We are not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues.


5. Shipping Delays

Royalty Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Carrier delays

• Natural disasters

• Holidays

• Incorrect address information


6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.


We will review the claim and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.


7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for:
